1. Introduction

Cre8tera ("we," "us," or "our") operates the platform located at platform.cre8tera.ai(the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Platform.

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials.

2.2 Payment Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information such as your payment method details. Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

2.3 Social Media Credentials

When you connect social media accounts (such as YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms) for content distribution, we collect and securely store OAuth tokens and related credentials necessary to enable authenticated access to those services.

These credentials are used solely to allow you to connect your accounts and publish content based on actions you explicitly initiate within the Platform. We do not access, modify, or perform actions on your connected accounts without your direct instruction.

We only access the permissions you explicitly grant during the OAuth authorization flow, and we limit our use of those permissions strictly to providing the Platform's core functionality. We do not use these credentials or permissions for any unrelated purposes, including advertising or data resale.

You may revoke access to your connected accounts at any time through your account settings or directly within the respective platform.

2.4 User Content

We collect content you upload or create on the Platform, including images, videos, text, and workflow configurations.

2.5 Usage and Analytics Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, IP address, and referring URLs.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Distribute your content to connected social media platforms based on actions explicitly initiated by you within the Platform
  • Send you service-related communications (e.g., account verification, billing notices, and security alerts)
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience and Platform performance
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

3.1 Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Platform Data Usage

Cre8tera uses Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and related services) APIs to enable users to connect their accounts and publish content directly from the Platform.

When you connect a Meta account via OAuth, we may access limited data based on the permissions you grant, including:

  • Basic account and profile information
  • Facebook Page information (such as pages you manage)
  • Instagram Business account information
  • Content publishing access for posts, images, videos, and captions
  • Engagement-related metadata (such as post performance where applicable)

We use this data strictly to:

  • Authenticate your account and establish a secure connection via OAuth
  • Display your connected accounts within the Platform
  • Allow you to create, schedule, and publish content to your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
  • Retrieve basic account and page data necessary to support publishing workflows

All actions performed using Meta integrations are initiated explicitly by you. Cre8tera does not post content, access accounts, or perform actions without your direct instruction.

We do not use Meta Platform Data for advertising, resale, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Platform's core functionality.

We do not transfer or share Meta Platform Data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., publishing content to the Meta platforms you have connected).

You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account within the Platform or through your Meta account settings.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
